Barn Raisers

One way Willow Avenue seeks to embody Belonging, Inquiring, and Transforming is through our Barn Raisers group even though most of us don’t have barns anymore. Alas. But drawing inspiration from stories about our Anabaptist kin who come together as a community to raise a barn in a day for a family, we aspire to offer mutual aid for each other’s household and yard projects.
